How to Use

1. Clean the flat surface of the suction cup, gently place it on the machine tool workbench, with the nameplate facing outward, and then fasten the base with bolts.

2. Verify or grind the parallelism of the working surface of the suction cup on the machine tool platform.

3. Use the trigonometric function to calculate the height of the required angle to be padded, and place the cushion block(not included) below the shaft to machine the workpiece. (calculation formula: required height=sin angle* center distance, center distance: 10cm/3.94in)

4. Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the handle into the shaft hole to turn clockwise 180°, the workpiece can be sucked for processing.

5. The workpiece is completed, the handle can be inserted into the shaft hole to turn counterclockwise 180 °, and you can remove the workpiece

Notes

2. The suction cup should be wiped clean before use to avoid scratching the surface. After use, the surface should be coated with grease to prevent corrosion. Small magnetic workpieces such as tungsten steel and hard alloy steel are not suitable for magnetic chucks.
