I ordered this based on good reviews and the product showed it was compatible with the 2023 CX-5. My dealership wanted $89.99 to replace this. Of course you go on Youtube and there are videos on how to do the replacement yourself. All it took was releasing on latch, pushing the plastic walls in to detach the top of the glove compartment and the cabin air filter box is right there.I pulled out the old one, the Philtop filter is the same size and took 5 seconds to put that one in. No hang-ups, no fussing or super tight fit. Reattached the glove compartment and the latch and done. Saved myself $70+. No reason you can't do it too.

Only gave it four stars because I couldn’t get it to “click” lock into place. Otherwise it fit in the slot snug.
