Very sturdy phone protector. It easy to use as the attachment method is a snap away. My sister loves it as she no longer fears losing her phone due to theft. She a bit clumsy but this as proven to be her phone saver as it does hit the ground when fell.

Excited to have this for hiking trips. It's easy to secure through your phone case, though I would be wary of using this with some of the cheaper silicone phone cases that can easily rip. Solid hard cases (like an OtterBox or similar) are probably what I'd recommend to use with this so you don't really have to worry about the cord breaking the case. I like that this gives you extra peace of mind just in case you drop your phone. It's a little clunky for everyday use for me, but if you live in a city where pickpocketing is a real concern, this is perfect for added assurance.

I used this product to secure my phone for a 16 day international trip. It worked great… until day 16 when the plastic clip detached from the retractable metal line. I expected better quality.Will find a better product to secure my phone on my next trip

I drop my phone alot and this teather along with a case I already own stops my phone from hitting the floor. The spring is strong enough to slow the decent but not so strong it makes holding the phone annoying.

Purchased this to keep my phone safe on my travels but with one of the 3 clips broken on arrival and seeing it uses flimsy string, I do not trust this product with the safety of my phone.

The tether works great. The tether pulls out easily and goes back in to the device easily as well. It extends about 25 inches or just over 2 feet, not including the length of the device or the attachment, only the length of the tether string.It is very easy to use. There's a clip on the device to hang onto your pants belt loop or something similar, and then the other end of the device loops through some hook on your phone or phone cover. The end of the device detaches so you can do this loop easily, and then you can re-attach the device end.The issue I see with the device is that there are multiple parts where it seems very prone to breaking. There's a pretty thin metal hook that is attached to a small key ring. Both of these metal parts are pretty thin. Also, the belt hook part of the device, the metal part you push in to open it up is pretty thin looking as well. Because of these potential issues I see, I rated the device lower. However, so far, I'm enjoying using this retractable tether to use on my phone while I run outdoors. Seems to work well so far

I don't often write product reviews, but had to after my experience with this company. My eight year old son has Type One Diabetes and has a hard time remembering to keep his medical receiver in his waste pack, which is necessary for us to monitor his blood sugar to keep him healthy. So my mom found this product and purchased this for him to attach to his receiver and waste pack so he can't lose it. This product is literally life-saving for us. We loved it so much so I bought one to have as a back up, but when we opened it, the retractable part was defective - it didnt retract. It was past the return window so I emailed customer service and within the same day they authorized a replacement and more at no charge. I received it within a few days. A company that stands behind their product - I can't recommend the product and company enough!
