Nice cue. Beautiful and well balanced. I had to use some emery cloth to rub out some ripples on the shaft near the tip, but they came out easily.

This cue hits and plays incredible. The wood joint plays as good as my $400 McDermott Cue with the same pin/joint. Best cue for the money!!

I am happy with the cue itself and it is as advertised and a good product but it is let down by poor storage in the warehouse.Compared with house cues I'm used to, it is straighter, the tip is slightly softer and it is slightly heavier and more flexible.Fortunately I'm a very positive person so I was able to ignore the gouges in the forearm which I also witnessed like some other customers. It was not a packaging problem. It was clearly on a wire shelf, at the bottom of a pile of heavy objects. The tip benefited from a touch of sanding and scuffing too.I would buy a Players cue again without hesitation! But Amazon please review how you store these items.

The only reason I bought this was I have another cue with the same joint. After adjusting the weight I really liked it. the only problem I have is that it' to tight to put together. it feels like it's going split, that's how tight it is. hopefully it gets easier the more I use it. had to replace the tip with layered and much better now.

The cue seemed like it was made well with one exception. The top piece was not tapped to accept the butt piece. However, I didn't get a chance to even use or put this cue together as I sent it back the same day I got it. Whoever packaged this cue up for shipment was a complete moron. The two pieces were literally put into a empty box 6 or 7 times larger than necessary. Consequently, the two pieces banged off of each other the whole time during shipment and the butt piece was damaged, ripping the veneer wrapping. Due to the fact that the top piece was not tapped to readily accept the butt piece I will not be ordering this particular cue to replace the damaged one.

works good has a bunch of bumps in the clear coat of the butt, but other than that it shoots and looks good

I love it. It looks better in person than the picture. It has a good weight to the stick also. The onlt thing is it comes with a cheap tip on the shaft. If you are into playing pool on a league than its best you have the tip replaced with a good tip.
