I was a little skeptical about ordering this since the customization is done through Amazon's website. However, prior to production, you'll receive an email confirming all information. I needed an adjustment. This was done and confirmation email was sent. Definitely recommend for LEO and families.

John was easy to communicate with throughout the process. He sent a draft to confirm that the information was accurate. When informed that the final print arrived with an error, he promptly corrected the information and sent an updated product. Product is good quality metal card with professional engraving.
