Had to order OEM gaskets these are twice as thick. Was leaking water from exhaust hole until installing the OEM (Quicksilver) gaskets. The rest of the kit looks ok. So buying this kit negates the reason for buying a kit because need separate gaskets.2003 Mercury 150HP Saltwater.

The carrier that holds the seal is too big in diameter and peels when inserting. The spring is too large and the gaskets are terrible. They are wrinkled up in the packaging and according to you tube users you need to buy OEM gaskets to keep from leaking. I tried to return but it wouldn't accept my return. I am going to call it a total loss and buy an OEM kit.
