At this point, I use it as an added layer for my indoor plants to drip-dry on. No exaggeration, I had to sweep a little bit of it up every day, so I'm still waiting for it to finish shedding. I sweep every other week now, and have probably swept 4 or 5 times. I've had this mat for around a month and a half. If you know a way around that, it had good color, and a good texture. Back of mat is white mesh.

It still works for my hermit crab tank, but I had to poke small holes and zip tie it to the platform because there was no adhesive as advertised. Good size, looks good and functional though a little messy as I was handling it. It's been in there for a few weeks and so far pretty durable, I just had to adjust my plans for it since it does not actually have any adhesive.

Easy to cut, and since some of my figures are sitting on a stone wall and the surfaces are very uneven this moss is thick enough to hide that fact. If u look at the last 2 pictures u can c what im talkin about. The toad without the moss has spaces under the feet so it looks unreal and terrible. The Toad sitting on the moss looks more natual and the moss fills the gap under the feet giving it a more natural look. lol 😆 OK I'm nutz, but…BTW, the last 2 pics are taken in my little "greenhouse" at the end of the summer so I just placed the moss with the frogs in the "greenhouse" so I can have a nice visual when I look at the plants. @5 feet the frogs are stunningly realistic thanx 2 the moss. It's all about "how u use the product" right!
