I’m very happy with my purchase. Sound quality is great. The low end (bass) surprised me. My expectations were low and these have surpassed everything I thought they’d be. For the price and size they will get you what you need rather it’s casual listening or mixing music. My only complaint is the sound quality of the built in headphone jack. Seems to degrade the audio a bit versus plugging directly into the original source.

As someone who's owned a ton of different speakers I can easily say that these are fantastic to listen to. I hear things in my music that I've never heard before. Let's not go crazy and say they compete with a set of 8" bookshelfs, but they do very well at producing clarity and volume. If you're a music mixer I'd say get something bigger. For a computer or basic mixing these are tight, crisp, and capable. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Presonus.

I'm NOT an audiophile, I'm using the E3.5 monitors for my DMR record playback. I don't understand the negative comments about their bass response. I find them to have plenty of bass response. The overall sound quality is VERY good. I don't think you'll ever find a better set of speakers for the price. The speakers and cables work perfectly. I am one VERY happy purchaser!

My father is a sound engineer and he turned me onto these speakers. After testing the set that he bought for himself, I knew it would be a good investment. The sound is terrific considering the speakers size. The bass response literally shakes my desk, and the lowest tone it can emit is around the 35hz area. Basically, the sub-bass is pretty good. The mids are super crisp, and the top end sparkles. The value for the speakers is incredibly reasonable given the quality of sound for only $100. The extra $20 gets you a decent cable and some cheap foam sound isolation pads to go under the speakers. Honestly, the extra stuff this package comes with isn't entirely worth it. I'd recommend just buying the speakers alone without the extra stuff. The speakers alone come with an RCA to AUX cable (yes, the speakers have RCA-in), so you can still drive the speakers without any problems.Overall, these speakers are pretty incredible. I would highly recommend these to anyone, whether they are just starting out with audio engineering or a full class professional in the sound industry.

Sound is excellent. They look great on my desk. They got here pretty quickly considering they came from the USA to Australia. Would recommend.

While they're not tiny, they're a compact design that shouldn't be too hard to find a place for. The sound quality is very nice, especially compared to computer speakers or monitor built-ins. There's a nice bassy quality to the sound and a smoothness that's easy on the ears. Setup isn't too hard: connect the wiring and turn it on. I'm seriously thinking about adding another set for my TV's.

I bought these so I could have some kind of speakers for my desktop PC, and it's of course miles better than my monitor's speakers. I have decent headphones (ath-m50s) but I get tired of headphone use, so I'm finding myself never using my headphones anymore because this is much more comfortable. Both bass and treble are very very nice. I usually only keep volume turned up halfway around for PC use and quarter-way when I hook my Switch to the monitor (since I my monitor has audio jack so I can just leave it there).Regarding this specific product, the TRS/TS cable "balanced" adapter didn't work connecting the stereo input on the PC to the two big jacks on my speakers. But the RCA cables (i.e. your typical tiny singular audio jack that most typical tech media use) work perfect, even when I first connected to my PC case such that the cable extended like 3 (where it did cross a bunch of cables), and there was no noise signal. The speaker pads however are very useful as they're perfectly sized for the speakers and lifted it up above my hard desktop so it's still worth to get this bundle because I think those separately were like $10 last I checked. Still one might want to consider getting some kind of separate higher stands so the top part of the speakers actually reach your ear level, in which case buying just the speakers alone should run you $10 less.edit 4/2: Been using the monitors for 3 months and no problem still. As a reminder in case it's not clear, these versions don't have wireless/Bluetooth connectivity.

One of the best monitor speakers in this price range. They make mixing and mastering my podcast so much easier. I can’t wait to hear my finals mixed when I use them for my music production and recording in my home studio.
