The package I received was opened but the tool inside looked unused. The tool doesn't fit well enough to accurately use it to degree a cam, unless you are willing to jam the set screw into the crankshaft it allows the tool to rotate 5 degrees on the crankshaft making it impossible to zero the degree wheel and degree a cam, it does turn the engine over but that is not why I bought it. I was charged return shipping, which to me seems unfair for a product that was defective and not compatible with its intended purpose.

This came today, 7-10-19. I ordered item Proform 67493 and it wasn't the right ID. The ID was approx, .063 thousands over size and the item was a different color, color was OK. It was really loose on the shaft, it was listed as .542 ID at other online sites. This Crankshaft turning socket was .605 ID, not even close.Thank you,
