Pro Tapes Pro 154 is an excellent adhesive for flying splice applications. This product can be used for laminating, mounting and nameplate applications, aluminum foil identification plates, and miscellaneous holding. High initial adhesion. Liner: densified kraft paper, tan. Adhesive: acrylic. Tape thickness without liner: 2 mils (without liner). Application temperature: 50 degrees F or above. Temperature range: -20 degrees F to 150 degrees F. Clear color. Adhesion to steel: 32 ounces per inch. Tack: less than 3 inch (rolling ball). Peel adhesion: 80 ounces per 1 inch (immediate), 130 ounces per 1 inch (24 hour). PH level: 5.3. Chemical resistance (solvent): medium-high. Heat resistance: 250 degrees F. Features includes quick stick, bond builds over time, good adhesion, low temperature application, short term, high temperature resistance, permanent bond, good chemical resistance, good solvent resistance. Applications includes mounting, bonding, photo edging and cropping, tabbing, splicing, temporary holding, laminating, framing. 1-inch I.D. plastic ATG core. Measures 36 yards length by 1/2-inches width.
