Decent quality and build, material seems durable, note that this is non pre-filled so you will need to fill in soft materials or sand yourself, there are many YouTube videos showing how to fill it. Non filled has some benefits compared to pre-filled, providing custom weight/hardness capability

I am ready to begin learning how to defend myself and get fit in the process. Sure, it was my husband who wanted to try this punching bag, but I'm going to try it too. I am really impressed with the quality of the pieces and how nice the gloves are.

I purchased this bag for my son's birthday and was excited that everything came as a set. The bag is good quality. The gloves and wraps are awesome. They're great for a good workout at home.

It's great for kids, really soft bag fun to hit. Alittle too light for adults but it's compact and fun.
