I was excited to buy this because I really needed it for jobs, but about 3 uses later, the valve side end snapped off. Not from dropping or misuse, I take care of my tools because they supposed to help me make money. At a rate like this, any company would go bankrupt

It took a while to figure out how to use it and control it; but it works very well. It paid for itself with one gutter cleaning.The only complaint I have is that the instructions could be more comprehensive. But given the price point, it’s a minor complaint.

The harness belt is very cheap not sturdy at all the extension pole works good

The tubes are of a small diameter--Can easily bend at a connection, if tubes sway too much.

First time we’ve truly gotten our house clean. You do have to be strong to use. It takes a strong person to use and I think you shouldn’t try to use around electric lines or it would be dangerous.
