Planet Bike is using the same packaging tag on the top of the bag used for three different products. There are three bar codes on the back of the package- one for each product. This is obviously confusing the robots at Amazon. For the second time this month I got the Tail Light Rack Bracket UPC 642016310805 when I ordered the Quick Twist Headlight Bracket UPC 642016310201.Planet Bike: One bar code per package please!

I bought this to mount by Busch & Muller Ixon IQ to my 31.8mm Salsa Cowbell handlebars, from the website photos it looked identical to the Busch + Müller IXON IQ / Pure Mounting Bracket - 492HUPB which is not readily available in the US, the only supplier is Peter White and they retail for $10 with a large minimum order size so I couldn't order one without paying almost as much as a new light is worth. I took a chance on this Planet Bike mount and it fits exactly.When you take the mount out of the packet it doesn't look like it'll fit on large handlebars, but the strap is adjustable, unscrewing the screw from the top you can then put the back strap in 3 positions, in the 3rd position it fits the 31.8mm bars perfectly.Other than that what can I say, it's a plastic mount, fits on my bars, holds the light, and is a happy discovery that I'm able to use my Ixon IQ on the larger bars (the mount that it comes with only fits narrow bars). Does what its supposed to do.

Definitely not the same quality of the original handlebar mount that came with my old Planet Bike headlight that I unfortunately lost. This one feels super cheap. It does not fit on either my mountain bike (Ibis) or road bike (Giant) handlebars even after trying to adjust it to make it larger.

Although this mount was initially designed to use with a bike headlight, I bought this for a DIY project to securely mount a Bluetooth speaker to my handlebar. I wanted a more solid attachment and this mount uses a tension screw as opposed to a rubber band. The tension screw ensures that once you tighten it down, the mount will not rotate on the bar at all.
