This is a great small simple towel warmer rack.It does a good job of heating the towels.I really like the rapid heat function. I am lucky if i remember to turn a warmer on before a shower, and my showers are barely 10 minutes long, so the rapid heating gives me a chance at a warm towelIt was not difficult to install, and has enough bars to accommodate the multiple people using the main bathroom.A few things i wish it had for the $135 cost.I wish it had a temperature control option, lower heat setting would be nice.Also different timer options, or the ability to have it always on would be great.The cord is a bit short, and the “standard” plug is an eyesore. I wish this came with the option to hardwire as an alternative to plugging in, it limits your options on where you can install

The wall mounted towel rack is made from stainless steel. This uses 4/6 bars to evenly distribute heat, warming up to at least 3 large towels or bathrobes. Installation was easy because this is a wall-mounted and Plug-in towel warmer that you can install on the wall. Designed for fast heating, only 10 minutes, it can be heated to 110 °F, 30 minutes to reach the optimal working temperature of 130 °F (based on room temperature 68 °F), energy-saving and high efficiency. This is space saving because it is wall mounted. Perfect functionality. This product is a really great value.

Looks ok, not bad quality, installed it plugged it in and it warmed up quickly, but it’s red hot, put a tool into it and it melted the towel, unplugged and now uninstalled!

I installed this in my mom's bathroom. She lives with me and gets quite cold. She loves it and says the towels feel like they're fresh from the washer. It heats pretty quickly too. It's a nice luxury to have!

Setscrew hole isn’t properly drilled and so the screw can’t go in. Extremely frustrating considering it was the last step in the process and I’ve already drilled all my holes. Also the drywall plugs they provide are cheap and simply buckle when hammered.

I think the biggest thing I don't like about this is the extension cord being very short. You have to install this near an outlet and most people have their outlets near a sink / toilet, making this hard to use if you don't have any extra outlets inside the bathroom. The concept is good, heating your towel while you take a shower or just help dry out the towel when you have a damp bathroom with no windows. However, the cord is just way to short to make this a good addition to any bathroom. I almost have to drill for a new outlet to just make this work. Make sure you have enough room next to the outlet for this product or else it's just not as useful.
