I bought these as open box, supposedly with some damage. If there is any damage, it is very minor. These look great!

I have had these logs for 2 years. I thought they were the best, but wrong. My pilot won't stay lit and at my age it's hard to crawl into the fireplace and, after many tries, relight it. My installer has replaced everything and nothing works. After 2 years trying to get assistance from Peterson we have about given up. My warranty is out and no real help from them. They are expensive and just money wasted. Looked forward to using these since I'm and older widow. Sad.

I didn’t opt g do it a remote control. Logs and flames are beautiful. Great investment. Now we will actually use our fireplace

Looks and works great. The remote kit is difficult to install. Read the directions carefully.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Very real looking and looks great from both sides of my double sided fireplace. I do like one of the sides better than the other but overall great!
