Specification:
Product Name: Motorcycle Hydraulic Clutch Brake Pump
Screw Size: M10x1.25 mm/0.05 inch
Installation Method:
1. First, place lower pump flat and fill it with brake fluid. There should be no air. wire opening is very large. You can see whether there are air bubbles in it. Pull wire repeatedly to completely expel air bubbles.
2. Fasten oil pipe with screws, do not tighten, and side holes of screws are required to be exposed.
3. This is key point, be sure to be optimistic. Connect upper pump to oil pipe, and raise it up, fill oil cup of upper pump with oil, and then press handle a few times (within 10 times) at will, now wait (no action is allowed) After 5-10 minutes, in side hole of screw that is not tightened in picture above will see brake fluid flowing out. At this time, tighten screw and exhaust is completed.
4. Pay attention to two points: 1. oil pipe screw is 45 degrees to ground, and 2. handle points to 45 degrees to sky. After these two angles are determined, tap pump repeatedly and press handle. Never use common car repair methods!
5. Inspection method after hydraulic clutch exhaust is completed: 1. Push lower pump steel wire into inner end of pump body, pinch upper pump handle with your hand, and move head end of handle about 2-3 cm/0.78-1.18 inch. (Press handle until it can no longer be pressed, and it is about 3 cm/1.18 inch away from handlebar, which means that exhaust is completed, and it can be installed and deged)
6. When installing rocker arm, be sure to pull out all steel wires, and fix connection between lower pump and clutch rocker arm. (Make sure that when clutch handle is released, all steel wires are stretched out.) Push clutch rocker arm hard with your fingers without slightest gap.
