This thing was an ABSOLUTE PAIN to get installed in my controller. Fortunately it was cheap, so I knew that if I broke it, I could get another one without too much concern. My issue when installing it was that one side fit just fine, while the other side didn't really fit in the spot it needed to, so I got my dremel out and slowly shaved off the mounting around the bumper where I knew it wouldn't affect functionality until it fit. Once I got it to fit, it was a breeze to get in and after a quick test, I found that it functioned well, felt good, and the color, fortunately, complimented the color of my controller. I'd recommend it if you're okay augmenting it a little to make it fit. I'll also mention, that it was the ONLY one I could find that fit my controller, so if you aren't comfortable augmenting it, you may need to get comfortable.

Broke first one trying to install. Watched videos and still broke the first one. The second one went in fine. Still working. Too bad the controller design necessitates replacement.

Super easy install, way better than the BS "upgraded" ones I tried first. Will update if they cheese out and break quickly. Also shame on Microsoft for not having OEM replacement parts availble for a super expensive controller that breaks easily.

Perfect fit! Very easy to install with a little TLC. Highly recommend this version as it feels just like the OEM shoulder button but a higher quality material.
