We process the sample within 24 hours of receipt, then provide written results that same day. Veterinarians recommend testing for worms at least once per year. Just collect a sample and mail it in! Symptoms that indicate the presence of worms: diarrhea, regurgitation, bloody stool, mucous in stools, loose stool, lack of appetite, skin diseases, and weight loss. This test is for: snakes, turtles, lizards, geckos, chameleons, skink, frogs, and salamanders. We test for roundworms, hookworms, pinworms, and coccidia. PLEASE NOTE: Due to USPS staffing shortages, it is taking longer than usual for samples mailed by our customers to reach our facility. It is taking up to 2 weeks. The instructions and packaging was great! I collected a stool sample from my bearded dragon, triple bagged it, placed it in the envelope, and put 5 stamps on it. I even had the post office worker weigh it and make sure that it was properly stamped. This was 1 week ago now. The insert said that the results should be emailed to me within 8-12 hours after them receiving the sample… I haven’t heard anything yet, so I am worried. Not very speedy. I’m hoping that the results come in soon. I love the idea of this product in helping avoid costly vet visits. Plus, I don’t know of any reptilian vets near me. Much love! I’ll update my review once I hear back from the seller.

I didn't order in Amazon (used website)Their treatment and vet treatment were similar. Only thing they lack is detail, like counts, for results, but otherwise no complaints

I used this for to do a worm test for my tortoise and when my tortoise tested positive, they provided treatment for a small additional fee. I took my tort to the vet and got tested again a few weeks after treatment ended and he is all good now. Thank you! I will definitely use this test every year when I check for worms.
