My fireplace was making an awful noise when igniting, so my contractor realized it was this device causing the problem and this replacement solved the issue

This product is worthless. I bought this back in October and only was able to use it a couple of times before it stop working. This is the second time we tried to purchase an ignitor for our fireplace. Robertshaw needs to come up with a better ignitor for his customers.
