Compré esta aspiradora con muchas expectativas, pero ha sido una gran decepción. No tiene mapeo real ni modo automático eficiente: hay que llevarla manualmente a cada habitación para que limpie, lo cual le quita toda la gracia de ser "robot". No se puede usar solo como aspiradora sin complicaciones, porque empieza a botar agua a menos que se le quite todo manualmente. Deja exceso de agua aunque este en el modo mas bajo de agua, Además, deja residuos por donde pasa, no recoge bien el polvo ni los pelos, y para colmo me manchó un tapete con suciedad que debería haber aspirado y lo dejo lleno de agua. En lugar de facilitarme la limpieza, me generó más trabajo. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y ya estoy gestionando la devolución y aparte me toca pagar el envio a mi cuando decia devolucion gratis. Estoy muy decepcionada.

It worked very well for about a month but now the mop isn’t working & vacuum doesn’t always succeed in picking up dust etc.

We loved ours so much, we bought a second one for the upstairs! Having three cats, it was a lifesaver. I sweep, vacuum and mop every other day. This machine picked up so much hair within 10 minutes, I was so shocked. It is a good value considering what you pay. The battery charges fast, and lasts a full clean.

After moving into a new home with hardwood and ceramic tile flooring throughout the first level, I faced the challenge of persistent dust and grit resulting from extensive renovations, including sanding and painting. Despite regular cleaning with a Swiffer and my existing Deebot vacuum, which had served me well over the years but required occasional servicing and a recent battery replacement, the floors never felt truly clean. I realized I needed a solution that could both vacuum and mop to restore the floors' pristine condition.Upon researching various options, I came across a robot vacuum-mop combo that had received positive reviews. The prospect of a device that could handle both tasks was appealing, and the available discount made it an opportune purchase. The unit arrived promptly and, to my surprise, was almost fully charged. After a brief 20-minute top-up, I filled the water reservoir with tap water and set the robot to work. I appreciated its methodical cleaning pattern, moving back and forth in parallel lines, a significant improvement over my Deebot's random navigation. Observing the dampened floor trail, I felt optimistic about its mopping capabilities.Upon returning home, I was pleased to find the living room floor spotless. However, I had neglected to close the bedroom door, and the robot had ventured into the master bathroom, ending up on the rug—a minor oversight on my part. Emptying the dustbin revealed a surprising amount of debris, even though I had vacuumed prior to the robot's operation. Notably, the water reservoir had used minimal water, indicating efficient mopping. For future cleaning sessions, I'll ensure all doors are appropriately closed to prevent misnavigation. I have yet to explore the app and Wi-Fi functionalities, which promise additional convenience. One feature I miss from my Deebot is a storage pocket on the charging dock for the remote control. Nonetheless, this new robot came equipped with two AAA batteries for the remote, an extra set of side brushes, and a spare filter. I look forward to many more cleaning sessions with this upgraded device.

I bought a robot vacuum a few years ago and it has worked well. With the ever-changing technology, I thought the new robot vacuum and mop combo, especially the one with the mop function, would be more effective, right? So I just bought this robot vacuum and mop combo. The vacuum and mop combo works perfectly on my wooden floors. The slim design and obstacle avoidance make it ideal for cleaning under furniture. Also it's easy to use and the automatic charging feature ensures it’s always ready to go.
