It's a good balance bike and my 3 year old toddler is starting to like it. The EVA polymer tires are hard and stiff, so the ride is much more firm than a rubber bike tire and don't provide the same traction. Both the seat and the handle bar are adjustable so the bike can be used by shorter and taller children. However, the clamp system for fixing the seat and handle bars is a bad design. Basically you just tighten the screw with the provided allen wrench as much as possible so the two metal bars can't move. It's not exactly "quick" as advertised and over repeated tightening and un-tightenings, the clamp is going to start to fail. But overall, I think children will move on to a real bike quickly so this balance bike will only be used for a short term.

My almost 2 year old inherited bug sister’s second hand balance bike (no clue how old it was) and it broke. Found one of these on sale at a local store for a bargain and bought it but sister thought it was for her! Haha so I found this one and ordered it for my almost 2 year old and he loves it! He’s a bit taller than most kids his age so I’m sure that helps but he can ride this thing with ease! It’s incredibly light weight and a great value for money! It was incredibly easy to assemble. Can easily be adjusted. Perfect for a range of ages. My almost 2 year old has one, my 3.5 year old has one, and my almost 8 year old nephew steals it all the time!

Bought for a 2 year old nephew and he loved it. He is still riding it at 3 years old with an adjustment to seat height. Keep the Allen tool for later.
