This mop is well done and so is the bucket which came with it. But it requires to twist the handle in order to lock it and to do it with wet hands is too much to ask for. That was the reason we had to return it.

The whole bucket fills with water. The spin side should not have water. Needs a barrier between the two sides. Handle is flimsy.

Waste of money , the third time I used it , the lock /unlock twist refused to function, totally jammed and therefore, the whole system is now unusable . Can’t even repurpose the bucket . Unhappy customer.

The concept is great though it takes a bit of practice and technique to use. PROs- Bucket is well designed. Holds plenty of water. Comfortable handle. Rinses out easily. Spinner works great.CONS- Handle seems flimsy and lock doesn't really lock. Pad should be thicker or center ring needs to be recessed another 1/8" so that plastic doesn't mar floor when pad is worn or compressed. Have not been able to find replacement pad (non-rated issue) but I'm still looking. The top of the bucket should slope back to the center so that any water dripping from head will end up back in the bucket, not down the side of the bucket.

Great mop for large floor areas. Took a minute to learn how to use it. Need extra mop heads for this product but can't find one.

The product looks nice and has a good idea behind it. That being said, at first use I was extremely displeased with this thing. The bucket is nice and seems sturdy, it is however rather heavy. The mop pad cannot be replaced in the United States. The pole fell apart several times in use and every time I used the bucket. If you enjoy fighting with inanimate plastic objects, this is for you. The bucket would be fine to keep, however it was designed for the mop / pole combination and is utterly useless on its own. Please do not waste your money or time.

This mop system makes cleaning of hard floors easier. The mop is easy to assemble and the microfiber pad is machine washable.The bucket is made of sturdy plastic with metal hardware elements. It has substantial weight and when filled with water it’s quite heavy. The bucket has a foldable handle and is divided into two parts: the rinsing part with attached side scrubbers and the wringing part with the spinner. With the folded handle the outer measurements of the bucket are approximately 19”L x 10.5”H x 11.5”W.The mop’s handle has a lock system that needs to be used each time you put the mop in and out of the bucket. It needs to be unlocked to spin the mop to get rid of access water and locked to mop the floor. So far I have used this mop a handful of times and I still catch myself forgetting to lock or unlock it at times, but I’m hoping that with time it becomes a second nature to me.The spinning system is flawless. It is easy to operate, and without the need to touch the mop’s head at all, and leaves the pad perfectly damp without any excess water. The pad measures 13” x 5.5”. I machine washed it warm and hanged it to dry a few times already and haven’t had any problems with it. However, I wish that additional pad was included in the set to use when the other one is being washed.Overall, I’m impressed with this mopping system. My floors are clean, and cleaning them takes me less time and effort than with my old mop. Best of all there is no hand wringing of the mop required.
