I use these as a garage door pull down cord. The rope is strong enough to last and the handle is good size and quality. The main reason I chose this particular product is a I wanted a handle that was fully enclosed. Almost every other brand is made with some part of the handle hollowed out. This one closes off all crevices. Since it will be outside I did not want to give insects any space to live or build nests.

Picked this up for my generator and after it arrived I realized I had fixed my old one already. This was a little small for my generator so I'm glad I had already fixed it and wasn't depending on this to have a running generator.Although it didn't work with the specific unit I purchased it for, I have other GX series engines I can use this on.It is well made with a nice pull rope and handle. Seems to be all made out of quality materials with 1st class workmanship. For the price this is great for those busted pull ropes and is a lot easier to replace than trying to put a new rope in an old unit. Great buy for the money. Look forward to putting it on one of my other engines when the next rope breaks.
