This won't take the place of a corded hammer drill, but it's powerful enough for most tasks. It runs smoothly. The extra handle is great. I would buy a second.

Used to help chisel up residue adhesive under old satille tile that needed repair/replacement. Worked pretty well as most heavy patches were done prior. Used it to clean up the smaller missed areas.
