I'm sure others may have better luck with this thing, but I wouldn't trust it with even a cheap display sword. I didn't realize the design was as poor as it was, and even after trying to put it up, it never worked.Essentially, you anchor in the round cylinders first to wall - only, the overall size is much smaller than it's meant to look, and none of my drillbits or screwdrivers could fit that gap. This was noticeable after the original anchors fell apart by just trying to tap them into the dilled holes, and I had to try and use some spare hex screws and an allen wrench to make it work.Ok, so I eventually got the supports anchored to the wall with my own supplies...but then, you see, the entire mount is held up by the cheap, tiny screw in the sides of the cylinders that tightens horizontally to "pinch" the wall mount and keep it suspended in air. But they never even tighten enough to support it's own weight, and they would just fall through. The entire product is cheap and nonfunctional, and now I have 4 large holes to repair after having to use larger anchors (that I owned) to replace the dysfunctional original ones.

Too small to hold swords in sheaths

I normally only write good reviews but, The Sheetrock plugs it comes w are junk. Could literally pull them out of the wall after install. Was going to use better Sheetrock anchors, but the screws are to wide at the head to fit inside the standoffs. Standoffs are garbage. The screws to tighten to the bracket are cross threaded straight out of the package. Spend a little more and get something better quality. Don’t waste ur money.
