I usually can put things together fairly quickly and easily. This weight bench was a little tricky because of the directions and it doesn't come with any tools. All together it probably took me 2 hours to put it together. If you're not comfortable putting things together this bench probably isn't the one for you. At times I was getting quite frustrated. But it is a sturdy bench once you put it together.

A little difficult to assemble, really lightweight. Everything was fine until the bar weight was placed and my husband tried to lift it the table lifted if his friend was not there at the moment an accident would off happen 😅 so table is good for a lightweight workout. We solved the problem by adding extra support to bottom front leg of the table

Well..I had read the reviews and I have to disagree on them. I have to say it's not sturdy and one part on the front bar below is bent so that doesn't help matter. I bought this for our son for Christmas his 12 so for the price and size works for kids but grown adults I would say no! So I would say for kids to start out with this bench then sure. But I'm not giving 5 Star since it's not sold on the sturdy part.
