I've used it a few times and have no complaints, it's not something I use every day so it was hard to justify ten grand for a ridgid but if this one last two or three years I'll be happy.

Everything about this tool is neatly packaged and it looks good for its cost. However, the picture never cleared. Trying to find issues inside pipes, fuzzy won't do. A clear and well-lit picture must be the first priority.

It’s a good piece of equipment for the price. Does the job okay, so far so good. Good picture, and the distance indicator is a nice feature. Good for scoping PVC lines, cast iron is more difficult but that’s usually the case no matter the scope.

With an ongoing issue regarding the main sewer line and the problem of getting a plumber in I decided to go with this particular brand. The odd name had me leary on the quality so I did some research and made my decision to try it out.Build quality is good, I was actually surprised by the small size but I was mentally comparing it to a rotor rooter. It is also lightweight to the point you have to put your foot on the frame to keep it from dragging.Menu is easy to navigate, the buttons are a bit on the cheap side but work just fine. The screen saver turns off while you are advancing the camera so I would set it to the max.LED and camera do a good job, resolution is up there but the frame per second leads to burry video so you have to go slow. Also the screen resolution is not up to the stated camera specs. I will give an update on the actual video quality as the manufacturer did not supply an adaptor from the TF card to a USB. The camera does not self level, not sure if that is software or if you could swap out the end for an upgraded camera.Recommendations: change to a USB port so memory sticks can be used. Cleanup: have a protective cover over the buttons so it can be properly sanitized and cleaned. Substitute the foam for something less porous as it will act like a sponge. And be able to store the camera with the attachment (1.5").Update:"Key ComparisonsPixel Density: The camera captures about 3.4 times more pixels than the screen can display. Any image or video from the camera shown on this screen will be downscaled, losing some detail.Aspect Ratio Compatibility: Both resolutions are close to a 16:9 ratio, so the content from the 1080P camera will fit well on the screen without significant cropping or distortion.Screen Quality: An IPS screen ensures better color accuracy and viewing angles compared to non-IPS displays but does not affect resolution."I think if you are conscientious while using it, it will be an economical purchase. In the end it does what it is designed for, takes the guesswork out.

After using this camera for 3 hours I am very pleased, everything functioned as expected. There was one small issue I had with navigating the on screen menu but a quick refresh from the manual solved it. The main concern will be how long this rig will perform as this level.
