It's black. Wish had been white plastic. And don't really care for stainless steel cover on flange. Would have preferred all plastic. I'm sure the stainless isn't 316 so it will probably get rust spots after a while.

I installed this on a transom that is 1 1/4" thick, i drilled the hole just a bit larger. When I went to install it would not go in, I had to enlarge the hole at the 12 oclock position to give me enough clearence to roll the fittting into the transom. other than that i like the quality and its a great product.

Looks as good as a genuine stainless thu-hull at a fraction of the price. Works great, looks great. Will buy again.
