This 4-blade, all laser-welded stainless steel broadhead delivers time and time again with its 27-degree razor-honed blade angle, producing a 1. 350" cutting diameter and a 3. 350" cutting surface. The F4 doesn't settle for “almost. " Enter the Core.

Took my first ever deer yesterday. It flew just like a field point and went straight through. The deer went only about 75 yards. There was no damage to the broadhead so it will be used again.Definitely will be the broadhead that I will be using.

TL;DR: In a world of trade-offs, the SIK F4 Crossbow Broadhead optimizes accuracy, lethality, and affordability while sacrificing a bit of durability. It is well made, and it did its job perfectly for me this year, just don't try to shoot through a deer humerus and expect it to stay together...Earlier this year I bought some Rage "Crossbow X" Exapandables, then I learned that even good mechanical broadheads are basically 4:1 odds between an oversized wound channel that cuts the deer's running time in half (pun intended), or virtually no channel at all if it fails to open. I decided that I'd just buy some cut-on-contact broadheads and just trust that a normal wound channel was fine. This totally paid off on opening weekend this year.I took a shot in the last 30 minutes of light on opening day, and my arrow landed exactly where I aimed it. It felt like I was shooting a field point. the arrow didn't pass through, so I assumed I did something wrong, but there was still plenty of blood to follow, even after dark. The deer ran about 100 yards, and I managed to track it down without a problem.Upon further inspection, I found that I hit the deer straight through the center of the heart, and then into the far humerus. The broadhead shattered that bone, but in the process of the deer running and falling a few times, the main blade snapped. I found it in the bone during processing. The tip was a little blunted, but the rest of the edge was intact. In the manufactured products world, I believe that you generally get what you pay for. If you want a bulletproof broadhead that flies straight and stays sharp, you'll pay $50-$100 apiece. To me, these SIK broadheads optimize the critically important factors (accuracy and lethality), and make some concessions on things like durability to bring the price down. I have no doubt that if I didn't strike such a large bone my broadhead would be reusable. I also don't want to have arrows that are so expensive that I'm afraid of loosing them. I think these broadheads strike the perfect balance of utility and affordability, and I plan to shoot them again soon!

I just switched to these for this 2021 hunt season. However, at the range they weren’t to far off from my field tips. So sighting in was easier.

Great broad head shoot very well it will pass right through at about 20 to 25 yards it’s not that shape but I like them the deer did not go about 40 yards good blood trail I used them with my Matthews bow in 2020 and the broad head still looks great

I was and still am excited to try these out. I am not a huge fan of mechanicals so having a larger cut on a fixed head intrigued me. I will say, these did not come that sharp. I was a little disappointed when comparing my other fixed heads to these. Maybe these will be more durable then - but only time will tell. I will update this review after I have harvested some venison, but first impressions are, eh.
