These fasteners work beautifully. Wish I'd known about them while building my house. They attach faceplates invisibly and hold well. I did predrill pilot holes for the base anchors to prevent splintering. They are sturdy metal and are a game changer. Recommend.

Working with wood for over 20 years, I'd never seen these before, and when I saw them on Vine I ordered them to see what they were. What a brilliant thing! Nail in wall, skirting onto short end of nail. No nail head/hole on the exterior of the skirting! Excellent!

This pack of 200 double headed nails (plus 2 application sleeves) arrives in a easy to recycle plastic bag. Nails that are well made from rust resistant stainless steel. Plus they are simple to fit using the included sleeves and can be very useful for various DIY jobs.Something that can do what they claim to do, but to achieve a totally secure hold sometimes they do need some extra help. The 'trick' is to use them in conjunction with a suitable adhesive. An adhesive that's designed specifically for the materials being used. For example when adding skirting board to plaster walls, you could use these combined with a grab adhesive. Or when attaching natural stripwood to Ikea style laminated cabinets, you might use superglue with an accelerator. Though however you use them, these are certainly great value for money.

Here's a revised version of your review:"I ended up discarding them. Even with wood glue, they failed to hold two pieces of wood together. The nail's other end is too short to secure another piece, making them completely ineffective." Waste of moneyLet me know if you'd like further tweaks!
