> This is not a Simoe brand product. it is a Costway (why the deception) ?> The Instructions are horrible. you will need to go to you tube videos.> Says it's Wi-Fi, Has a Wi-Fi module built in, but only works with Costway app which doesn't work any more>Unit did work once installed. about $500 to have professional installed or $150 DIY with borrowed Vauum pump.> I may buy this type of split unit again, but never from a more upfront honest retailer.Update- WI-FI working, QR codes were hidden in French part of manual. Unit wouldn't connect with 2.4/5ghz router, had to start a Guest Network, set to 2.4ghz only. (Good idea for smart home)

It’s perfect for a small area. It was a quick install for my husband who has HVAC experience. It cools and heats quickly, used in a great room of approx 800sq ft. Quiet, efficient, simple to operate.
