I like this cover, fits good on my 99tj, I have used this cover everyday for the last year and a half here in Northern California, the elastic straps were the first thing to go at around the sixth month mark, the cover material was soft when new and Now is hard and drying out and is starting to crack and deteriorate on the top part of the cover where it gets the sun the most, should make it thru this winter before I order another one. I bought this for the rainy season because my soft top leaked but ended up using everyday to keep the dirt out during the summer while the top was off. Wish they would get rid of the elastic straps and use the type of strap that are used around the back brake/tail lights instead. Looks like a two year cover at most if used everyday.

The plastic clips to connect it to the bottom of the vehicle broke and there is a rip in the front where it sits by the drivers front windshield.

Nice product but does not fit the LWB Unlimited models. Before ordering, I checked fitment on both Amazon and Smittybilt websites. Both websites showed it fit the Unlimited model. Wrong. Wish it did!

I've had this cover for three years, and it's still keeping my Jeep dry. Yes, under very high winds (tornado level) I've had one or two plastic clips break, and a couple of the straps have actually torn off on the passenger side. Here's the trick -- I get the cover roughly in place, open the passenger door, put the window up, snug the cover down, and shut the door. Door holds cover in place, window keeps water out. Just have to be careful of the back seat area if all windows are out/top is off, and use a little common sense if heavy rain is in the forecast. Betting that I'll get at least another three years out of this cover, and would buy it again.

Would have probably been great if it fit. I was very surprised that they didn’t make it large enough to cover the top of a Wrangler. As far as I know, that the only job this thing has! Designed in China maybe?????

So I got this cover and put it on my jeep. It got windy and the little plastic hooks the have on the cover broke. I now have to Jerry rig this to keep it on my jeep. A little irritated especially after spending 90 bucks on it. The rest of it seems like it is made of goods material, I wouldn't be able to say. The first day I used it is the day it broke.

Good quality cover, it fits perfect and hold up well, it protects the cab from the dust, i haven't seen how good the water resistant material is because it hasn't rained here. I highly recommend this cover to keep your cab clean if you don't have a top on your jeep.
