How to Use

1. Select a flat ground, carry the six light collecting plates downward into a circle, and then use M6X 15 round-head screws to form a whole of the six light collecting plates, and tighten the screws. (The screw holes on the third circle from the inside to the outside are used to fix the square tube ring. Do not screw in the screws at this time) Note! The reflective film of the light-collecting plate must be protected during assembly.

2. Fix the square tube ring on the light collecting plate with MSx 15 screws, make sure that the square tube ring and the light collecting plate are in close contact during trapping, and tighten the screws.

3. Place the base on flat ground, screw the casing into the screw hole in the center of the base, and screw it well.

4. Loosen the handle on the sleeve and poke the side of the cross with a long hole into the sleeve.

5. Two people picked up the light collecting plate and installed it on the cross and fixed it with cotter pins. (Attention! The end with the sliding rod adjustment device must be upward)

6. One end of the sliding rod without a hole is inserted into the long hole on the square tube circle, and the other end is inserted into the long hole of the cross, fixed with M8x35 screws, and then the nut is adjusted while the light-collecting plate is moved up and down to make it properly tightened.

7. Insert the elbow into the upper hole of the cross and fix it with M6x 35 screws together with the support rod.

Notes

1. Please note that this product will rise to high temperatures rapidly within a period, so do not test the site temperature with your hands or human body to avoid burns.

2. Please note that the performance of this product depends on the weather. It is recommended to use it on sunny days.

3. When using the solar cooker, first put the cardboard or wooden board on the cooker circle, adjust the cooker surface, and make its focal spot in the center of the cooker circle.

4. In the process of use, the tracking adjustment is generally carried out every 5-10 minutes to make the light spot always fall on the bottom of the pot. The energy density of the light spot is high, so it is better to operate on the back of the light collecting plate when adjusting.

5. Keeping the reflective surface clean often not only can prolong the service life but also can avoid the reduction of the effective cover. Wipe it with a wet and soft cotton cloth or wash it with water. Do not clean hard objects or particles to avoid damaging the reflective film.

6. When not in use, it is best to keep the stove surface away from the sun or inflammable.

7. The bottom of the new cooker should be blackened (blackened with grass) to improve the heat absorption capacity. Empty pots should not be placed on the stove to avoid burning the bottom,

8. The rotating part of the solar cooker should be lubricated regularly to make its operation convenient and flexible.

9. If the reflective film is partially damaged, use the spare film to make up in time.

10. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
