1: Can not use gasoline spray gun, ethylene gun or alcohol blowtorch direct heating, to avoid uneven heat caused by the phenomenon of cracking products.
2: The temperature rise or fall speed should not be too fast. The temperature change below 1200℃ should be less than 5℃/ min, and the temperature change above 1200℃ should be less than 4℃/ min. It is recommended to use electricity to control temperature and drop temperature when cooling.
3: The distance between the product and the heating body (such as carbon tube, silicon molybdenum rod or heating wire, etc.) should be > 5, not used for burning carbon and iron related products.
4: The bottom of the large crucible as far as possible not direct contact with the bottom of the furnace, it is recommended to use corundum foot pads and other temperature resistant substances will be elevated crucible, the formation of air convection, in order to extend the service life of the product.
