My Boardman SLR Endurance 9.4 front axle had long ago become impossible to unscrew without pliers because the collar had worn off, it's a very bad design. I asked Boardman what part for a replacement and they came up with this Rock Shox FRONT MAXLE ASSY ROAD 15MMSRAM Part Number: 00.4318.000.000of course there is no such part number, but there is this product on amazon which on the packet is 00.4318.005.006 which matches the SRAM spare parts catalogue of 2019. The 15mm version is the perfect replacement. If you have the same problem buy this one.
