Easy to clean. I've used it on potatoes and slicing them around an inch thick works the best. The press is a little awkward to fit in there and takes some work but overall works well. I have a love-hate relationship with the removable cup and different disc options as they tend to come apart easily when opening and closing the press. It's also not the most comfortable to press down. Overall, I feel like it works well and while the removable bits are a bit difficult to work with when in use, I really like how it all comes apart so I can clean it easily.

I am worried about the longevity of this potato crusher. It rattles every time it is used and there are a lot of pieces in the contraption. It is also not made out of metal as far as I can tell. I think it is plastic except for a few parts which are stainless steel. While this does the job, it might not last long.
