I was quite surprised at the quality of this this pastry cutter!Over the years, I have had many that simply bent while cutting firmer ingredients (coconut oil, firm butter, etc.) - this one is more like my grandmothers pastry cutter!!! These tines aren't going anywhere!Who knew there was a company out there that still makes the good old-fashioned 1950s cutters!!
