Purchased 4 of these COP's, (please note title is wrong for this part it is not a door lock kit it is a COP). One failed after 2 months. I inquired about a replacement through Amazon link and they responded that after 30 days I needed to contact the manufacturer/supplier. I then contacted the manufacturer/supplier through their website and received no response to date. So be advised these units are at a very good price but so far there is no warranty support.
