Let's move onto the adjustment options offered by this standing aid: The frame is made of solid steel and with a generous height adjustment range of 67 cm to 97 cm, a comfortable seating position can be achieved for any body height. Even more comfort is provided by the FM BR 1 backrest. It is also covered in pleasant leatherette and can be flexibly adjusted in height and distance to the seat, allowing you to find your perfect sitting posture.
The continuously height-adjustable footrest additionally reliefs the back while also allowing one or both legs to be rested. Another extremely practical aspect is the integrated levelling foot. The design is great, and as far as I can tell this is the only seat of it's type that you can adjust the seat angle down for standing support and for transport, which was my main reason for purchasing this item. However, after one gig the footrest fell apart, so I returned it, then ordered a replacement. THe replacement had a more important defect, in that the backrests' screws would not thread fully into the holes, making the backrest unuseable. I have returned this item and now am trying to find something else.

I very nearly purchased another project that cost nearly 3x the price of this stool. There was a pretty bad review of this one, and only positive reviews of the other one which offered a pneumatic control to raise the seat. That was really of no benefit, as I want to set it for the height I like and not fiddle with it.But, the expensive stool was backordered a month or more, and this one was available. And returnable. And had a great warranty. So I took a chance.Thank goodness I did -- the seat is so much better than the review I read. It is comfortable and supportive and adjusted easily to a "just right" position, which is amazing considering how particular I am. I'm super happy with this purchase and I don't think I would trade this stool for any other model.Plus, I saved a ton of cash. Oh, and it is cooler-looking than the other one! :-)I did swap all the green o-rings (which I found to be garish and ugly) with black o-rings which were INCLUDED in case I didn't prefer the green ones!Nice job, Gravity. I'm impressed.

Fidèle client de Gravity, je suis étonnamment déçu pour ce tabouret aux promesses non tenues.Pour commencer, ça fait plusieurs fois qu’Amazon m’envoie des produits seulement dans leur emballage de présentation inaptes à causer du transport. résultat : defoncé ! Zéro ! Plusieurs retours. C’est vraiment irritant. Dégradation du service qui me fait me diriger vers d’autres vendeurs désormais.Une fois ouvert : Renvoyé direct puisque défectueux (soudures défectueuses, non d’équerre, et donc instabilité flagrante malgré le dispositif de calage qui ne peut pas rattraper le défaut.. c’est dire…)Mais la qualité de l’assise est dégueulasse. Mal encollé, le cuir PU du siège tellement tendu s’est décollé et n’épouse pas les formes et ne tiendrais longtemps.Dommage car la densité de la mousse me semble très bien. on est bien assis et calé.En revanche, il est très malhonnête sur les vidéos de Gravity de faire croire à une quelconque assise inclinée et donc en soutien debout car le serrage (par ailleurs pas pratique) ne satisfait pas au blocage. A peine appuyé sur le siège: hop il termine de s’incliner quand bien même vous serrez comme un mulet.Il n’y a donc qu’une seule solution d’assise: plateau horizontal.. point barre. Le réglage de la hauteur se fait par tilter, et non par visserie, ce qui est un bon point.Le réglage pour les pieds se fait par visserie. Suffisant pour le poid des jambes.En resumé: mieux vaut partir sur un K&M un poil plus cher. C’est un raté de la part de Gravity qui fait d’ordinaire de super produits. C’est un produit bâclé et par ailleurs finalement cher.Promesses non tenues

Il manquait un pieds de regalage et surtout la vis qui est sur la photo qui maintient la hauteur de l'assise et le rend inutilisable!

Schade, eigentlich ein sehr stabiler, leicht aufzubauender, bequemer "Stuhl".Leider gibt es nach der ersten Benutzung schon Lackabplatzer an einer Schweißnaht und eine Strebe ist mangelhaft lackiert. An einer der Nähte am Sitz ist schon jetzt davon auszugehen, dass das Leder mit der Zeit ausreissen wird (bei leichtem Druck mit der Hand sieht man schon die weißen Löcher vom nähen).Für Gravity, deren Qualität ich persönlich eigentlich deutlich besser als K&M einschätze, und dem Preis ist das insgesamt nicht akzeptabel. Dieser "Stuhl" wird wohl zurück gehen und ich werde aber einen neuen bestellen, vielleicht ist der ja besser.

After researching reviews and features of many musician seats and stools, this one stood out to me as in the sweet spot of quality and comfort. It is a bit hefty to carry around, but the trade-off is a substantial and solid base to work from.Using with multiple foot switches and guitar effects pedals, it provides the freedom to do that.At first I thought the motorcycle / bicycle seat shape was odd, but after using a couple of months, I appreciate the comfort. The seat is very comfortable and the back rest completes the package.Highly Recommended!

Well built and sturdy. Like the foot rest and the available height adjustment of both the footrest and the seat.Don't like the seat, not comfortable at all for me. Should have got a normal seat shape.That said, I have not actually used it as a standing rest as apposed to a seat.
