At first, I was a little confused with the directions they sent me. Upon finally getting through to a person, it seems they sent me the wrong directions for my vehicle. I immediately was sent the correct installation directions and was able to get it hooked up and working. They definitely need more tech-support over the phone. It took three days to get a response.

I received this as a gift, and wanted a remote starter for the upcoming winter. First off, the instructions for getting to the 2021 Nissan Rogue (not sport) ECU were either not available or not thorough. The QR code they had for a video wouldn't show because of a security measure on their website I couldn't get past and the pamphlet that comes with it gives basic instructions. Luckily I found a YouTube video that showed the walkthrough of taking apart the dash in order to get to the ECU. TIP: You will need a screwdriver with a torx 20 bit to get out the screw holding the dash piece to the fuse box brace. You will also need to slide the fuse box off the brace to get the the ECU behind it.The whole install took me about an hour and a half. After I got everything installed tested it and it worked. Tested again after tucking away all the parts and putting the dash back together. It worked both times. I would say the value is there and if you're trying to save money on a starter and install this will do it.Note that the remote start when it is turning on your car (after the 3 locks) it will beep the horn once, and then 3 more times in sequence before the car turns over and is running. So be aware that your horn will go off a few times before it starts

Haven't got around to installing it yet (I don't even want to think about winter right now) but seems to be a fairly straight-forward job.

Very simple to install, all plug and play. Read instructions carefully on programming and it will work 100%. Have not had any issues, recommend for anyone.

Great device and very easy to install. Bought this for my 2023 Rogue and would recommend to to anyone wanting to add remote start to there vehicle.

Just installed this on my 2023 Nissan Rogue.The physical install was simple as per the video (even though though the video was for an Outlander).Programing instructions were in the box and its very simple (not sure how you could mess up).Took me about an hour all total, with most time spent simply putting wires back neatly and dash panels back on.This product cost me about 1/3 of what dealership (at least where I live) quoted to install an OEM.For once it seems a product is as advertised !
