The original Graham-Stetzer Stetzerizer Filter by Stetzer Electric is the tried and true capacitor-based filter for "dirty electricity" - high frequency signals on power lines in the home, office, school factory (filter IS usable for any 120 volt systems. NOT to be used with 220/240 systems!) Computers, TVs, refrigerators, LED lights/lighting, dimmer switches, variable frequency motors in furnaces, pool pumps, cell phone chargers, and many other devices produce large amounts of EMI - electromagnetic interference. This "noise" or dirty electricity can be harmful to humans through what is called capacitive coupling - as the UL electric model of the human body is 2 capacitors and 3 resistors. High frequencies can also cause issues with electronics, motors, and cause many devices to fail early. Lastly, these unwanted frequency pollution signals can cause many electrical usage meters (watthour meters) - that track how much electricity is used - to erroneously cause inaccurate high readings. This can cause electric bills much higher than the actual electrical usage - causing one to pay for electricity that was never actually used. Designed for health in mind, these filters have helped countless people overcome serious symptoms and illnesses. These filters can also prolong the life of computers, appliances, and other devices with electronic circuitry or motors. Often used by audiophiles too for cleaner signals to high end equipment. These filters are designed to be used as a system. A minimum of 1 filter per 200 sq feet is recommended, but closer to 1 per 100 sq feet is more effective and ideal. Using only 1 or 2 filters could cause strain on the filter and have undesired results or fail to bring about effective results. Please purchase at least 1 filter per 200 square feet and spread them out throughout the building on different circuits. Use a genuine Stetzerizer Microsurge Meter to measure when installing. We also recommend measuring for magnetic (EMF) fields while installing Stetzerizer Filters caused by wiring issues, plumbing issues, and potentially other issues in the building(s). Filters last decades or a lifetime - no need to change. But do monitor readings as changes in the grid and in the building can change readings.
