These are pretty nice quality tools for Coleman type lanterns and stoves. If needed for repair or maintenance these suffice well. I'm happy to have them for maintenance of my Coleman liquid fueled collection.

The box contained 1 - stainless-steel tool that removes Coleman lantern check valves and two stainless-steel rods that insert into the body of the check valve. The teeth on the tool were damaged on the first valve I pulled. I am not satisfied with this product.

Have a 200A lantern that I am working on that has a stubborn check valve in it. Tried removing it with this tool and it just ended up bending the teeth back on it. Pretty disappointed in this product. Definitely try and find one that is U.S. made and heat treated. Would have given 0 stars but had to put one.

I have a particularly stubborn check valve in an old 200A I soaked in Kroil for about a week while I was waiting for this special tool. When it arrived I set it up it locked in good and when I put some torque on it the teeth bent. I see the tool was made in China. I believe the teeth that lock into the check valve might be too thin. Maybe the Chinese steel isn't strong enough. Do yourself a favor and spend more money and get a US made tool. I gave it the lowest rating of one, but that's because they didn't have an option for -1.

Just got this tool. Pulled one valve out. Glad I have the machines to make my own tools because this obviously will not hold up.

If you enjoy bringing vintage Coleman lanterns back to working order when it won’t hold pressure, you NEED this tool to remove and clean or replace the check valve. It is well worth the cost because removing the check valve without it can result in damage/failure/headache. This tool is foolproof.
