Damaged product. There is a crack on the scraper and it leaves a scratch line on the icing. Lousy.

At first it seems this is just a large piece of plastic. A larger bench scraper if you wish...but after using it last weekend with my lace mat I'm sold. I used smaller spreaders and large offset spatulas to spread the icing before but this is by far the best way of doing it. Much quicker. It feels a bit chunky and wiping off excess icing in between spreads can be a messy challenge but maybe I just need some practice.

Good product! This is my go to when making my lace! Not too big and not too small for my small hand. It was easy to use and allowed an even distribution all over my mat lace mold. It's also easy to clean!

This is a definite must for making sugar lace with the silicone mat! It is large enough to cover the whole mat which is essential in the finishing sweep across the mold. Very sturdy and easy to use with a little practice.

I bought this spreader when I decided to venture into trying out SugarVeil icing and mats. It works ok but now that I've tried it, I think I'd get the same result just using my inexpensive bench scraper.
