This fits my 6 year old son loosely, but on me a 5'4'' man it's a snug fit. The fabric is cool to touch and feels really nice, I'd say the quality is a tier or two higher than most other "moisture-wicking" types of fabric on the market. It's on your face, so I'd expect that sort of higher quality. It feels very comfortable to wear. The gray portion does let in and out a bit more air which is good, and usually when I have to deal with that sort of thing like a scarf my glasses usually fogs up, but not with these, at least not yet. I plan to use these to go biking to and from work along with some UV400 eyewear. I want to minimize sun exposure as much as I can as I have a minor case of eczema and want to take extra care of my skin when I can. I always try to buy UPF50 clothing and have been looking into headwear with some sun protection too and this seems like it'll do the the job perfectly, and upon trying it I must say it very well might! If you're looking to protect you or your children's head from the sun, this is an excellent solution.

My wife has just gotten a full body UVB machine for psoriasis and we have been looking for a mask for her to use to block the light on her face and sometimes for her head. We came across this and it is exactly what she needs.This face and head cover is designed for 'children' but fits my wife just fine with the ponytail outlet. She will only be wearing it for a few minutes every couple of days. It blocks UVA & UVB so this is perfect for her. The hood/face mask is well designed and the stitching is solid. You can even reverse it and can't tell that it is reversed. Since it is machine washable it will be easy to care for and should last her for years.She finds it is comfortable, lightweight and silky feeling. She also says it stays cool. She has had problems with breathing with masks but she says she has no problems with this one.We HIGHLY recommend this Summer Balaclava With UV Protection from the Sukeen Store if you are looking for a comfortable and lightweight UV protection mask and hood.

I got this for my little guy so he could be a Sonic Hedgehog Ninja. It ended up being a great mask to hide himself (autistic) when he's feeling overwhelmed, must be in public, but really wants to seclude himself. This fit the bill. It's breathable and he's always hot/sweating in his hair and he didn't complain. This was a great find for our family. No odor after washing/drying.

This super-light, breathable hood is a hit for my teen child. It can be worn several ways: full hood and mask pulled down, or everything down around the neck.It is comfortable and breathable enough to wear all day, for sun protection or just some wholesome ninja fun.

This lightweight balaclava fits snugly and shields my child’s face from the sun. The polyester-spandex blend feels soft against the skin and breathes well during outdoor play. The elastic closure keeps it secure without being too tight, and it washes clean without losing shape. Overall it does exactly what it’s meant to and holds up to daily use.

I read another review that told about it being breathable material(it is!) and not fogging over safety or prescription glasses. This balaclava did route moisture from my nose and mouth toward my glasses. This is my only negative mark and probably the sole reason I requested it.- Breathable light material- Not too warm, and let's air through to your skin- Fit perfectly on my adult head- It came without any seam or construction defects, I can't see how it wouldn't be sturdy or well constructed.

When I first saw this SUKEEN sun protection mask, it peeked my interest. I've had 3 facial surgeries (2 of which were reconstructive) due to skin cancer on my upper lip region. My life is all about sunscreen, big brimmed hats, and umbrellas now. However, the umbrellas don't always shade me from the sun. The sunscreen may have worn off. I can't always wear a big hat. So when I first saw this mask, I was bummed that it said it's for children. I measured my head, and it was slightly larger than the measurements stated in the advertisement. So I (disappointingly) decided against ordering it.About a day or two passed, and I was outside enjoying my backyard patio (my space of relaxation). It was very sunny & in the 80's. Although I have 4 & a 1/2 patio umbrellas (including one huge one), the sun was in a position that the umbrellas couldn't protect me. I thought, "I really wish I had that sun mask right now." Because I couldn't protect my face in a manner that I felt comfortable with, I begrudgingly retreated inside. So I revisited this sun protection mask. I ordered it with the hopes that it will fit.🤞 If not, I could give it to my granddaughter. It fits! And it fits comfortably! It doesn't feel tight or (suffocating) at all. The material is breathable and is similar to the cooling towels I own. I also like the ponytail hole in the back. That will come in handy. This mask will bring me peace of mind when I feel like my face needs extra protection... particularly when spending hours in a pool or out in the hot sun all day.

I’m an adult woman and I ordered this to wear specifically when I’m sanding down furniture that I’m refinishing and don’t want to get sawdust in my hair, mouth or down my neck and this works perfectly, while still being breathable. I do wear an N94 mask over it as well.This will also be handy the next time we go snowmobiling or ice finishing.The material is so soft and smooth and I especially love that there is a pony tail slot on the back. I have a 21” head so this fits me perfectly. There is no binding or tight areas and the whole thing is comfortable.It’s also very easy to was and dry on a cold, gentle wash cycle and a low heat tumble dry
