What I liked:Well honestly, I like that it WORKED! I had a KitchenAid dishwasher that was leaking from the front corner of the front panel. Odd right? I could reach my hand in behind the panel and feel the wetness after a cycle. I got online, spent some time kicking around the idea of fixing it myself, found a video that made it seem doable, then ordered this up and took a shot! For just over $22 and about 40 minutes of my time, I ended up with a problem solved and no more wetness from the dishwasher on my floor any longer! That save me from replacing the machine or having to pay a service call fee, an hour in labor, and the higher-than-normal replacement part fee from the repair guy! What I did not like:Nothing not to like - I bought the right one for my model, confirmed it was looked exactly like what I was replacing on the machine, and boom problem solved!Overall:5 stars for fixing my issue and having a clear enough listing with model numbers to make me confident enough to give it a shot!

If it is not damaged it is not a problem, I was confused on what the purpose of it.. and it turns out it is a some kind of water waves reducer.Product is good quality but was completely useless in my case

If your dishwasher door is leaking, check the sprayer arms first. Replacing this seal did not help my door leak because it was caused by a seized deflector motor which messed up the sprayer arm volumes.

This is a direct replacement for the bottom of my Whirlpool dishwasher, but it was not required to fix. This is not super simple to replace - you need to remove the outer case and disconnect wires and support plates to get to the screws that remove this.Unless you’re sure this is broken, it’s probably not the cause of a leaking dishwasher. This isn’t really a water seal, it’s more of a splash guard. My dishwasher was leaking and I could not figure out why. I replaced the side/top seal even though it looked fine. That didn’t help. So i put my GoPro in the washer and ran a cycle. It was clear as day. The bottom spray arm was shooting out the side, rather than through the up facing jets. This created a wave that pushed over the tub bowl, each time it went around. If you have a leak, try replacing the bottom spray arm and check the rubber seal for tears. Those are the most likely culprits to leak from inside the washer. Underneath would be different.

This ALMOST worked on the bottom door seal of my Haier dishwasher. The screw holes didn’t line up with the holes on the door. Otherwise it was the same part. I sent it back. Make sure it’s compatible with your dishwasher.
