Great to have this set of machinist's squares. I can keep one at most of my shop tools (table saw, drill press, etc) so I don't have to go searching for the last place I laid it. The tiny one I keep stuck to my shop apron's sewn-in magnet, too, so I always have one at hand.These each came in their own storage box, which is kinda nice, I guess, but that's too much wasted storage space and too much hassle to open the box and pull one out just for a quick check of square. I suppose, though, that this also protected them from getting bashed around in shipping.Tested each square for squareness and all were within tolerance. The largest showed just a bit of deviation towards the top end but not so much that it's a problem for woodworking - I'm building furniture, not rockets. Each was coated with oil, so there was no rusting or corrosion in transit.I've bought individual squares for almost as much as this set of four cost, so yeah, color me a happy camper.

Alot smaller than what I thought. The smallest t square I have ever seen. But.. I can use them when I am making pens and other wood working when using very small pieces of wood.

These took some time to arrive, but I'm glad I waited. I really like the set! I am not a machinist, I work in wood which also means I do not have the means here to measure angles down to the thousandth of an inch. What I can tell you is that there are a LOT of 90deg angles in this set and every one that I tried matched perfectly to the eye. I was not expecting the bonus of a case for each square - this means I can safely tuck a small square in with each of a few key woodworking tools to check blade straightness..They come in a flat bag - each in it's case, and each has a thin coat of oil and is wrapped in it's own bag. Each square is clearly identified (even for old eyes) as is each case. I am very happy with the set.
