About this item

  • PROFESSHINAL DESIGN: VOTAGOO Radio Holster features a modular, three-part chassis that adjusts to fit various radio models. This scalable design ensures secure retention, proper ventilation, and full access to all handset functions, making it a versatile and reliable solution for managing communication devices
  • HEAVY DUTY: VOTAGOO radio holder backer is a semi-rigid board that can be mounted to tactical vest, chest rigs, and packs using its two MOLLE columns, or on the waist via the integrated belt pass-through. The board is stiff enough to provide a firm mounting surface for any radio and keep it immobile regardless of size
  • HIGH ADAPTABLITILY: VOTAGOO multi platform raido chassi features a MOLLE-adjustable tri-flap battery cup for height customization on the chassis backer. Its tri-fold flaps allow battery swaps without removing the radio or unplugging wires, while a fastex buckle ensures secure closure, offering durability, structural integrity, and ease of use

I am really pleased with this purchase. It perfectly matches my husband's issue plate vest (see my photos). He also likes being able to see the screen. He said it was important to note that it is adjustable for different-size radios. Definitely recommend!

It best fits larger radios. Baofeng UV-5rm/UV-5 g fit with an extended battery just barely. The small UV-5R does not fit well. It seems well-designed, but it could use a few more adjustment slots for shorter radios. It functions and holds the radio well. It might be a little hard to use for those not familiar with MOLLE attachments.

I needed something quickly, and this holster shipped fast, so I decided to give it a try. While I anticipate some durability issues with extended use due to the design and materials, it's not a bad buy for $25 and has held up well so far. It fits the MPU5 securely and attaches easily to any MOLLE gear. I also managed to remove the VOTAGOO logo/tag with minimal effort and without compromising the integrity of the design.

Not practical for anything smaller than a Motorola HT1000 or 6000 or the like. My anytime 878 fits but I had to modify the back by strapping that down. The clip isn’t run through the slots and can not be removed from the webbing unless you cut the fold over. Maybe it’s a one off? Either way I have to use it with a larger radio.

This Tactial [sic] Radio Holster Holder Case, Laser Cut Multi Platform is designed to hold a large, heavy tactical radio. This Tactial [sic] Radio Holster Holder Case, Laser Cut Multi Platform seems to be better than some others to attach to a MOLLE system. This Tactial [sic] Radio Holster Holder Case, Laser Cut Multi Platform does not seem to protect the radio as much as some holders do. This Tactial [sic] Radio Holster Holder Case, Laser Cut Multi Platform seems like it would easier to remove from the case to adjust the radio functions if necessary.

My husband got this for his full-size hand held radio. He ordered another one that was too small for his radio and this one is almost too big. He felt that it didn't seem secure and that the radio could fall out of the case. The strap also covers up the front of the radio's screen.

Got this to supplement my dedicated radio pouch to hold smaller radios, and I'm happy with it. For the price point, I'm surprised at its quality.Pros: It looks and feels great - it's a thick durable material, the multicam colors look accurate and match with USGI OCP colors, and the buckles and feel look like they'll hold up. The radio attachment system is incredibly versatile - there's a lot of velcro - on the top, bottom, and sides, and it can hold a radio of any size in any way you want it. It's expandable enough to fit a 152 and can fold over to hold a tiny motorola. Overall, it's a good way to have a pouch that can hold whatever you need it to. The Attachment system on the back is robust, and fits well on TAPs.Cons: While the velcro is a plus for adjustability and versatility, it's also a con for durability. While it's new, the velcro holds up great, but I'm just not sure velcro on it's own holding a radio down laterally won't cause problems. It won't fall off because of the rope and buckle, but any sway with the velcro on the top or sides may lose stability.Overall, while a dedicated radio pouch for a single radio is probably better for durability reasons, this pouch is great as a versatile and adjustable radio carrier, especially at this price point.
