The product length is only 29 3/8", which does not allow it to mount on the outside of the battery box.

I don’t know how people gave good reviews mount this bracket on there tool box. It 29.5” wide which only allow you mounted inside. If you do that then you can’t close the lid. May be my Peterbilt was made different

Seems to be good product for the price just got it in the mail only thing I’ll suggest is I wish that part on the back was welded as well to add more durability and else maybe add the hardware to install like some other kits out there but other then that I’m happy with my purchase I’ll update my review once it’s installed and see how it holds
