Cannot get device(s) to log data. Emailed manufacturer, they send link to Operating manual. Manual was not helpful. Currently can only use as a spot-check thermometer.

I bought the 4 channel USB model, because I specifically needed to monitor temps on my boiler zone pipes (using K-type pipe clamps). Overall, it works well for what it is. Reported temps were within ~2 degrees of my reference thermometer, so I didn't need to calibrate anything out of the box (good enough for my needs/accuracy). I got a 9V adapter to run it off AC constantly, and I use the USB connector to a small IOT server that reads the temps periodically and pushes them to Home Assistant for review/handling. I wrote my own Linux software using the protocol PDF they publish on their website.My only callout is the USB connector (just a CP210x TTL to USB) doesn't play well with low-grade IOT boards (Raspberry Pi models 2, 3; Nano Pi) -- once you plug in the USB, the readings on the unit freak out and become incorrect in reported temps. Unplug USB, and it immediatey goes back to being fine. I suspect it has something to do with how the cheaper IOT boards don't have good USB power rail isolation. Everything always worked on typical PCs, and I wound up going with an Atom-based Wyse unit to run the USB connection as my server and log ongoing temps.

The meter works well and is reasonably accurate. The software is awful… but you can export the data and plot it via excel. I think you can even make excel read the real-time data. Would have been nice to get decent plotting software but at this price… you get what you pay for.

自作コーヒー焙煎機のデータロガーとして、ほぼ１年ほど使用してきました。期待していた機能（2CHの温度データをUSB経由でPCに渡す）は、ほぼ100％果たしてくれております。ただ、9Vの電池が意外にすぐ消耗してしまいますので、このほど汎用のAC-DCアダプターを導入いたしました。ありがたいことに今のところ順調に作動しております。電圧はもちろん９V。センターマイナスなのが少し珍しいかもしれません。プラグのサイズは3.5*1.35です。アルカリ乾電池５個分くらいの価格で入手できると思います。何よりも電池切れの心配をしなくて済みますので安心です。これでより一層焙煎作業に集中出来ます。

The handheld unit is easy to set up and use. The software is unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it crashes you don't know what it will do until it doesn't work.

温度ログを長時間記録するために購入しました。バッテリー動作では機器は正常に動作しました。一方で、装置側面に9Vのacアダプターポートがあるため、9Vのac電源による動作を試みましたが、動作不可でした。カスタマーサービスに問い合わせたところ、PerfectPrime専用のacアダプターが必要らしく、通常の9Vacアダプターは使用不可とのことでした。acアダプターによる動作を期待していたので残念です。

Windows7と１０で試しましたが両方問題ありませんでした。ただインストーラーが直感的にわかりにくかったロガーのソフトは使い勝手が悪いので慣れた方なら自作でソフトを作るほうが良いかもしれません配送はとても早く海外発送にもかかわらず３日で到着しました

The software is outdated and difficult to use. and there is no API interface to connect to other lab management software, so it is more or less a standalone temp reader.

Great meter! Decent price. Easy to set up. Nice data logging feature. Software and driver readily available on the website. Fantastic customer service!This is the 2nd one of this model I bought for work for a quality tester. The first was recommended by PerfectPrime after the TC41 I bought was improperly calibrated. I only wish it came with 4 TCs instead of 2.
