Let's clarify a few things:These aren't fluffy fleece pants, they are also not a typical baselayer for under pants (that's not to say you can't use them that way, but they're thick).These are best described as leggings. They're thick and dense, very soft and comfortable. They're 35% merino wool, which feels very different than 100% merino wool (a 100% wool legging this thick would probably cost 3x as much).
